The instrument features a suspension-mounted Optical inspection system and double-decked design, combined with a photoelectric signal detection device, to ensure high resolution and Stability for a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Features
1. Equipped with a 10-inch color touch display, it can directly display the scanning Linear dispersion and map, and can complete the measurement without a computer.
2. Support U disk storage, data can be exported to excel, txt, pictures and other formats (* .csv, * .qua, * .tet, * .bmp).
3. Provide RS-232C serial port, USB drive (online), USB HOST (connected to U disk) a variety of data output interfaces.
4. Using ARM12 high-performance processor, it can store 5000 test data or 500 Linear dispersion.
5. Optical inspection system with suspension and reinforced thickened aluminum baseplate design, double-decked structure separates optical path and circuit, improves resolution and Stability.
6. Adopt photoelectric signal detection device to reduce Signal-to-noise ratio and improve instrument Stability.
7. Optional built-in automatic injection flow system and 8-link automatic Colorimetric dish holder to improve operation convenience and measurement performance.
Principle
The YOKE L8 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer works with a CT monochromator based on a proportional dual beam of light Optical inspection system. The composite light emitted by the light source (imported deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp) is separated by the monochromator to form a monochromatic beam of light. The beam of light passes through the sample and the reference path, and the transmitted light intensity is detected by the photodiode receiver. The system computes the Absorbance, transmittance or concentration of the sample according to Lambert-Beer's law by comparing the optical signal of the sample with the reference.
Applications
Chemical analysis, biotechnology, pharmaceutical R & D, environment monitoring, food testing, materials science, quality control, medical inspection
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up, waiting for the instrument to self-check and the light source to stabilize.
2. Set measurement parameters (such as wavelength, scanning speed) through the touch screen.
3. Put the reference solution and the sample to be tested into the Colorimetric dish (optional automatic Colorimetric dish holder).
4. Carry out blank correction or Baseline scanning.
5. Place the sample and start the measurement.
6. View and analyze the data graph on the touchscreen.
7. Data can be exported through a USB flash drive or connected to external devices through an interface.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench to avoid affecting the Optical inspection system.
• Pre-heat the light source before use to ensure measurement Stability.
• Colorimetric dishes should be kept clean to avoid bubbles when filling the solution.
• Pay attention to the switching wavelength of the light source (default 340nm, adjustable), and select the appropriate light source according to the measurement wavelength range.
• Regularly perform performance calibration such as wavelength accuracy and transmittance accuracy.
When storing data, ensure that the format of the USB flash drive is compatible, and pay attention to regularly backing up the data stored internally.
• The optional automatic sampling system should be used in accordance with the corresponding operating procedures.
