The TQC sheen VF1573 prismatic bird film applicator is a single top coated cloth tool for paper, hiding power cards, Glass plates or Miscellaneous smooth flat surfaces. The product is simple and accurate to operate, ideal for production and quality control, no adjustment required, and the application width is 75mm.

Principle
The film applicator uses a preset wet film thickness (100μm) and application width (75mm) to make a single top coating on a smooth flat surface, using its precision-fabricated stainless steel structure to ensure uniform and accurate thickness of the Spreader.

Steps
1. Prepare smooth flat surfaces such as paper, hiding power cards or Glass boards
2. Place the film applicator at the beginning of the surface
3. Spreader the film applicator evenly
4. Clean tool after finishing Spreader
