Overview
The DUBAN DB22-VM260D 3D triaxial vibration meter is a device designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations, allowing simultaneous measurement of triaxial or single-axis vibration parameters. It is used for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery, providing accurate data for quality control, running time and prior equipment maintenance.

Principle
A high-performance accelerometer is used to detect the vibration parameters of the X, Y, and Z axes through a three-axis piezoelectric vibration Sensor to achieve accurate and reproducible measurement. It converts mechanical vibration into electrical signal output based on the periodic motion Measurement principle, which is used to analyze mechanical imBalance and deviation.

Steps
1. Install 4x1.5vAAA AA AA batteries.
2. Select Measurement mode (three axis or single axis).
3. Align the Sensor to the machine to be tested.
4. Read Displacement, Speed or Acceleration Parameters.
5. Optional headphones for auscultation or communication with PC through USB data cable output.
Notice
• Operating Temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity is less than 90%.
Make sure the battery is fully charged to avoid measurement errors.
• When using AC signal output, the load resistance is 10k.
Frequency range measurement, Displacement and Speed Frequency 10Hz~ 1KHz, Acceleration Frequency 10Hz~ 10KHz.
• Optional accessories need to be connected correctly, such as earphones for auscultation.
