Overview
DB25-ATP-A6 ATP Fluorescence Bacteria Detector (High Sensitivity Type) uses bioluminescence technology to convert invisible ATP concentration into visible light output, and indirectly displays the number of microorganisms with Basis Weight results, the value range is 0-9999 RLUs. 1 RLU is approximately equal to 1 fmol ATP.
Features
1. Using special sealing material to improve light protection, the test results are more accurate and stable
2. Simple interface, easy to operate
3. Bottom detection, not affected by hand-held or placement angle, no data interference, stable results
4. Integrated box design, easy to carry
5. Low background value, conducive to the detection of trace ATP, good reproducibility, providing reliable and accurate data
Principle
The detector uses bioluminescence technology to convert the invisible ATP concentration into visible light output, and indirectly display the number of microorganisms through the relative light unit RLUs Basis Weight.
Applications
Food, daily chemicals, paper, industrial water treatment, national defense, environmental protection, water administration, customs entry-exit quarantine, law enforcement departments
Steps
1. Prepare samples and ensure that instruments are in standby condition
2. Place the sample at the bottom of the tester for testing
3. The detection time is set from 1 second to 60 seconds
4. Read RLU or coliform screening results
5. Transfer the results to the PC via the USB interface
Notice
• Operating Temperature range from 0 ° C to 40 ° C
• relative humidity range of 20% -85%
• Detection interference is +/- 5% or +/- 5 RLUs, pay attention to environmental factors
• The background value should be ≤ 1 RLU to ensure that the instrument is calibrated
• Up to 600 consecutive readings to avoid overuse
• Battery life in standby state (20 ℃) is 6 months, need to be checked regularly
