Principle
Hardness pen pressure is applied by a spring, using a tungsten carbide test head on the surface of the material for testing, and the Hardness value of the material is measured according to the spring pressure range and the diameter of the test head.

Steps
1. Choose the right range Hardness pen
2. Align the test head vertically with the surface of the material under test
3. Apply pressure until the preset mark value is reached
4. Observe and record test results
Notice
• Choose the appropriate spring pressure range according to the hardness of materials being tested
• The diameter of the test head should be selected according to the standard requirements (0.5mm optional, 0.75mm standard, 1.0mm optional)
• Ensure that the test head is in vertical contact with the tested surface
• Clean the test head after use and keep it safe
