Overview
Vibrometer is a special instrument for measurement and analysis of vibration of objects, including vibration Sensor, data collection system and software analysis tool, which can measure vibration Frequency, amplitude, Acceleration and other parameters and vibration characteristics in time and frequency domain. DB22-VM260DET Vibrometer is designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations. It is used for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations of moving machinery. It provides data for quality control, running time and equipment maintenance. High-performance accelerometers are selected for accurate and reproducible measurement.

Principle
Vibration meter converts mechanical vibration into vibration signal through piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor, carries out data collection and analysis, and measures the vibration parameters of objects in different axes.

Steps
1. Connect the Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor.
2. Turn on the power supply (using 4x1.5vAAA 7 batteries).
3. Measurement mode and parameters (such as Displacement, Speed or Acceleration).
4. Perform vibration measurement and automatic range conversion of the instrument.
5. Communicate with PC through USB data cable output for Data analysis.
Notice
• Operating Temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity is less than 90%.
• Make sure Sensors are connected accurately to avoid measurement errors.
• Regularly check the battery level to ensure normal power supply.
• Pay attention to safety when using optional earphones and avoid using them at high volume for a long time.
