Overview
The DB22-VM260B Vibration Meter is a device designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations. It can simultaneously display three Measurement parameters: Displacement, Speed and Acceleration. It is used for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery, providing accurate data for quality control, running time and prior equipment maintenance.
Features
1. Measurement parameters of Displacement, Speed and Acceleration can be displayed simultaneously
2. In line with international standards ISO2954
3. Designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations
4. Frequency range, Acceleration mode Frequency up to 10-10KHz
5. Using Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor to Convert Vibration Signal
6. With bearing condition measurement function
7. With AC signal output for easy auscultation and recording
8. Optional headphones can be used as a stethoscope
9. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC
Principle
The vibration meter converts mechanical vibration into electrical signal by piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor, and displays displacement, velocity and acceleration parameters simultaneously by processing. It is specially designed to detect imBalance and deviation of moving machinery, providing reliable data for equipment maintenance.
Applications
Mechanical vibration measurement, periodic motion detection, equipment maintenance, quality control
Steps
1. Install 4 1.5V AAA batteries for power supply
2. Connect Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor
3. Select Measurement mode (Displacement, Speed or Acceleration)
4. Perform mechanical vibration measurements
5. Connect the PC through the USB data cable for data transmission
6. Optional headphones for auscultation analysis
