Overview
The DB22-VM260A series vibrators are used for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery. Designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations to provide data for quality control, running time, and prior equipment maintenance. High-performance accelerometers for accurate, reproducible measurements.

7. Optional headphones can be used as a stethoscope.
8. Use "USB data cable output" to communicate with PC.
Principle
The Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor is used to convert mechanical vibration into vibration signals, and the imBalance and deviation of moving machinery are detected by measuring parameters such as displacement, speed and Acceleration.
Steps
1. Connect the Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor.
2. Select Measurement mode (Displacement, Speed or Acceleration).
3. Frequency range.
4. Start measurement and read data.
5. Optional headphones for auscultation or communication with PC through USB data cable output.

• Operating Temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity is less than 90%.
• Powered by 4 1.5V AAA AA AA batteries.
• Precision is +/- 5% + 2 words, need to be calibrated regularly.
• Output is 2.0V AC load resistor 10k to ensure load matching.
• Sensor is a Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor to Avoid Severe Impact.
