Overview
The DB22-VM260A series vibrators are used for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery. Designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations to provide data for quality control, running time and prior equipment maintenance.

7. Optional headphones can be used as a stethoscope.
8. Use "USB data cable output" to communicate with PC.
Principle
The Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor converts mechanical vibration into vibration signal to achieve accurate and reproducible measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the Piezoelectric Vibration Sensor.
2. Turn on the power supply and use 4x1.5V AAA No. 7 battery power supply.
3. Select Measurement mode (Displacement, Speed or Acceleration) and the corresponding Frequency range.
4. Perform vibration measurement and obtain data.
5. Optional headphones for auscultation or communication with PC through USB data cable output.
Notice
• Operating Temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity is less than 90%.
• Ensure that the load resistance is 10kΩ and the output is 2.0V AC.
• Measuring accuracy is +/- 5% + 2 words, pay attention to accuracy when using.
• Optional accessories such as earphones need to be connected correctly.
• Insufficient battery power may affect measurement, check the power supply regularly.
