Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-2N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries for push-pull load, insertion force testing and Destructiveness testing.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide four measurement units: N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), and g (gram), which can be converted into each other.
3. With peak hold function, the peak display can be maintained until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to automatically shut down without operation for 10 minutes, and manual shutdown is also supported.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or connected to 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the test object and convert the force value signal into a digital signal, which is displayed in the form of peak or instantaneous value on the four-digit large LCD screen. Users can choose the peak hold mode or the real-time test mode for measurement.

Steps
1. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to power on.
2. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit.
3. In the no-load state, press the zero correction button (ZERO) to zero the instrument.
4. Press the peak key (PEAK) to switch between peak hold mode and real-time test mode.
5. Conduct the test, applying a pull or thrust.
6. To save the reading, press SAVE/▲.
7. Press the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the existing data.
8. Use the delete key (DEL) to delete saved data.
9. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to set the automatic shutdown time or manual shutdown.
Notice
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
* Do not exceed the allowable load of 150% F.s. The instrument will sound a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
* Please ensure that the zero operation is performed under no load before use.
* Optional to use 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
