Overview
The side pressure tensiometer is a digital and explicit tensiometer with the advantages of High Accuracy, Easy Operation, Easy Carrying, etc. It supports peak holding test mode and is suitable for the measurement of rope tension such as wind towers, signal transmission towers, and power transmission systems. Users can choose the corresponding specifications according to the test force value. The scientific use range is 10% to 100% of the full scale. It needs to be cleared before the test to eliminate the weight of the fixture.

Principle
The measurement Sensor converts the received force information into an electrical signal and transmits it to the host, which displays measurement readings, units, and operation prompts through the display. The instrument supports peak hold mode, can be cleared manually, and has dual display screens for easy multi-directional reading of data.

Steps
1. After the instrument and the test object are in place, press the ZERO button to clear to eliminate the weight of the fixture
2. Select the test mode (e.g. peak hold)
3. Start the test and read the measurement reading on the monitor
4. After the test is completed, manually clear or wait for automatic shutdown

• Scientific use test range is 10%~ 100% of full scale, Measurement department recommends not to use less than 1% of full scale
• Before starting the test after the instrument and the tested object are in place, press the ZERO button to clear to eliminate the weight of the fixture
• The allowable load is 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
