DB25-204M Series Muscle Strength Tester is a Digital Display Force Gauge with the advantages of High Accuracy, Easy Operation, Easy Carrying, etc. It can be combined with various test benches and fixtures to form a testing machine for different purposes. It is an ideal choice for workplace design, strength evaluation and ergonomic research. Users can choose the corresponding specifications according to the force value of the desired test product. The scientific use test range is 10% to 100% of the full scale. It is recommended not to use the part below 1% of the full scale. Press the ZERO key to clear before the test to eliminate the fixture weight.

Principle
The instrument conducts muscle strength tests through sensing screws, and connects different indenters for measurement. Displays A and B are used to display measurement readings, units and operation prompts. The operation button area completes all key operations. The fixed handle rod and screw hole are used to fix the instrument. The power interface and the battery box behind provide power supply. The bracket stabilizes the instrument.

Steps
1. After the instrument and the test object are in place, press the ZERO button to clear to eliminate the weight of the fixture.
2. Start the test and read the measurement reading on the monitor.
Notice
- Scientific use test range is 10% to 100% of full scale, Measurement department recommends not to use less than 1% of full scale.
- Allowable load is 150% F.s, when it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm.
- Operating temperature is 0~ 40 ° C, Operating humidity < 80%, no source and corrosion medium around the working environment.
