Overview
The DUBAN DB25-204WPM 100KN welding stress testing instrument is a precision measuring instrument with microcomputer digital display. It integrates the input of Force Gauge (pressure) and weight Sensor (weight) strain gauges, and is widely used in new static and dynamic measurement systems such as material testing machines, printing machines, test benches and automation equipment. The instrument has a measurement accuracy of ≤ +/- 0.02% and is suitable for the detection of first or second batches of samples in mass inspection systems and general calibrating.

Principle
The measurement system of this tester consists of a long-term stable analog part, a transmission frequency feeder to reduce the thermal drift of the system, and a 16-bit A/D converter to ensure 65,000 internal divisions. The measurement Sensor converts the received force information into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the host for processing and display.

Steps
1. Connect the 5V DC power supply through the power interface, or install the battery in the battery box on the back for power supply.
2. Connect the Sensor plug to the host and the measurement Sensor.
3. Unit selection, measurement mode setting and other operations are performed through the operation button area.
4. Use the handle to hold the instrument and make measurements through the measurement Sensor.
5. Read measurement readings, units and prompt information through the display, and the peak measurement value can be maintained until manually cleared.

• The operating temperature is 0 ° C to 40 ° C, and the operating humidity should be less than 80%.
• Note that the allowable load is 150% FS. When it exceeds 110% FS, the instrument will issue a beep alarm.
Please pay attention to the resolution switching according to the measurement range, for example, the resolution is 0.01kgf when < 100kgf, and 0.1kgf when ≥ 100kgf.
