Overview
The DUBAN DB25-204WPM 10KN welding stress testing instrument is a precision measuring instrument with microcomputer digital display. It integrates the input of Force Gauge (pressure) and weight Sensor (weight) strain gauges and is widely used in new static and dynamic measurement systems, such as material testing machines, printing machines, test benches and automation equipment. The instrument has a measurement accuracy of ≤ +/- 0.02% and is suitable for the detection of first or second batches of samples in mass inspection systems and general calibrating.

Principle
The measurement system of the welding stress testing instrument consists of a long-term stable analog part, a transmission frequency feeder to reduce the thermal drift of the system, and a 16-bit A/D converter to ensure 65,000 internal divisions. The measurement Sensor converts the received force information into an electrical signal and transmits it to the host, which is processed and displayed digitally on the display.

Steps
1. Connect the host and Sensor through the Sensor plug.
2. Connect the 5V DC power supply through the power interface, or install the battery in the battery box on the back.
3. Use the operation button area button for unit selection, measurement and other operations.
4. Hold the instrument through the handle to make the measurement Sensor contact the measured object for measurement.
5. Read measurement readings, units and prompt information through the display.
Notice
• The operation temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃.
• The operating humidity should be less than 80%.
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
• The allowable load is 150% FS, and there will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% FS.
• Please pay attention to the switching of resolution according to the measurement range (e.g. 0.01kgf resolution when < 100kgf, 0.1kgf when ≥ 100kgf).
