Overview
The DUBAN DB25-204WPM 1KN welding stress testing instrument is a precision measuring instrument with a microcomputer digital display. It integrates the input of Force Gauge (pressure) and Weighing Sensor (weight) strain gauges and is widely used in new static and dynamic measurement systems such as material testing machines, printing machines, test benches and automation equipment. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can be used in mass inspection systems to detect and calibrate first or second batches of samples.

Principle
The measurement system of this tester consists of a long-term stable analog part, a transmission frequency feeder to reduce the thermal drift of the system, and a 16-bit A/D converter to ensure 65,000 internal divisions. The measurement Sensor converts the received force information into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the host for processing and display.

Steps
1. Connect the host and the measurement Sensor through the Sensor plug.
2. Select the power supply method: install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply.
3. After power on, select the desired measurement unit (N, kg, lb) by operating the button area.
4. For measurement, the instrument can display instantaneous value or hold peak.
5. After the measurement is completed, the peak display can be manually cleared.
Notice
• Do not exceed the allowable load of 150% FS, the instrument will emit a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% FS.
• Please use it in an environment with operating temperature and humidity < 80% from 0 ° C to 40 ° C.
• The instrument should be used in an environment without seismic sources and corrosive media.
