Overview
The welding stress tester DB25-204WPM 100N is a precision measuring instrument with microcomputer digital display. It integrates the input of Force Gauge (pressure) and weight Sensor (weight) strain gauge, and the measurement accuracy can reach ≤ +/- 0.02%. It is suitable for sample detection and general calibrating in mass inspection systems. The system consists of a long-term stable analog section, a transmission frequency feeder to reduce thermal drift, and a 16-bit A/D converter. It is widely used in new static and dynamic measurement systems such as material testing machines, printing machines, test benches, and automation equipment.

Principle
The welding stress testing instrument receives the force information through its measurement Sensor and converts it into an electrical signal to the host. The host is composed of an analog part, a transmission frequency feeder to reduce the thermal drift of the system, and a 16-bit A/D converter, which guarantees 65,000 internal divisions and High Accuracy measurements. Finally, the processed measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Connect the host and Sensor through the Sensor plug.
2. Select the power supply method: install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply.
3. Unit selection, measurement mode setting and other operations are performed through the operation button area.
4. For measurement, the display will display measurement readings, units and prompt information.
5. If you need to maintain the peak, you can use the peak hold function and manually clear it.
Notice
• The operation temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃.
• The operating humidity should be less than 80%.
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
• The allowable load is 150% FS, and when it exceeds 110% FS, the instrument will emit a beep alarm.
• Please select the appropriate unit according to the measurement range and pay attention to the resolution change.
• Make sure the power supply is connected correctly, using alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
