The automatic film applicator can solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency. By precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, the precise wet-film can be scraped on different substrates, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage. 2. Start the Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate. 3. Start the Spreader process to automatically complete the film. 6. After the Spreader is finished, turn off the device and clean the Spreader components.
