TBJ-X2-DJ15 Floor-Standing drawdown Bar & Blade Film Applicator is a customized large size Coater, the effective Spreader size is 750 * 1100mm, using bar and drawdown blade two coating methods, with Vacuum chuck function, suitable for paper, release paper, PET film film.

Principle
The Film Applicator forms a uniform coating on the surface of the substrate by two coating methods of bar and drawdown blade, uses the Vacuum chuck function to fix the substrate, and controls the coating speed through stepless speed to achieve accurate Spreader.

Steps
1. Preparation of substrate (paper, release paper or PET film)
2. Place the substrate on the Spreader stage
3. Vacuum chuck function fixed substrate
4. Select Bar or Blade Coating Method
5. Set coating speed and thickness parameters
6. Start the Spreader Process
7. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
