Rdc-01/500clcs immersion coil drying Air-Cooled slitting machine is a factory direct sales product, mainly suitable for the process flow of melamine dipped paper, set unwinding, dipping, drying, chilling down, correction, traction and cross-cutting functions in one, the effective application width is 500mm.

Principle
The equipment develops the substrate through the unwinding unit, passes through the impregnation process Spreader melamine formaldehyde Resin and urea formaldehyde Resin mixture, then enters the drying area to dry through infrared heating and hot air circulation, and then chills down through Air-Cooled, controls the material operation through the deviation correction and traction system, and finally completes the slitting through the cross-cutting device.

Steps
1. Unwinding: Development of substrates through single station unwinding unit
2. Impregnation: Substrate immersed in glue for Spreader
3.Drying: Drying in the Temperature range of 50~ 150 ℃
4. Chill down: Reduce material temperature by Air-Cooled
5. Correction: adjust the running position of the material
6. Traction: Control material operation through servo motors
7. Cross-cutting: Use a cross-cutting knife to complete the slitting
Notice
• The width of the substrate should be less than 500mm
• The production speed range is 0.1~ 1m/min, which needs to be adjusted according to the process requirements
• The unwinding diameter shall not exceed φ 400mm
• The winding diameter shall not exceed φ 500mm
• Operating temperature range is 50~ 150 ℃, the maximum in the middle temperature zone is 160 ℃
• Equipment power requirements are three-phase five-wire 380V 50Hz
• The curling edge alignment is controlled within the range of +/- 3.0mm
