The TQC Bird type single-sided coating applicator VF1543 is a Spreader tool designed for paper, hiding power cards, Glass plates or Miscellaneous smooth flat surfaces. Made of stainless steel, it is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, durable, with an application width of 50mm, easy and accurate operation, no adjustment required, suitable for production and quality control.

Principle
TQC bird type single-sided coating applicator uses its design to ensure film leveling by uniformly Spreader Coating on a smooth and flat surface, so that the film presents a flat and smooth state. It mechanically controls the wet film thickness to 100 μm to help users intuitively evaluate the levelling performance of the Coating and reduce subjective judgment errors.
