Principle
The hardness gauge is based on the ultrasonic Hardness Measurement principle, through the ultrasonic contact Impedance method for metal hardness of materials, to achieve accurate measurement of a variety of materials.
Applications
Installed machinery or permanent assembly parts, mold cavities, heavy-duty workpieces, Pressure Vessels, turbo-generator sets and their equipment failure analysis, Test space is very small workpieces, bearings and other parts, requires formal original records of test results, metal material warehouse material distinction, large workpieces in a wide range of rapid inspection of multiple measurement parts, workpiece narrow position such as gear root and other positions
Standards
GB/T 34205-2017 "Metal Materials Hardness Test, Ultrasonic Contact Impedance Method"
Steps
1. Connect Probe to automatically identify the type.
2. Select the material type or set the user material.
3. Perpendicular to the workpiece surface for measurement.
4. Review the display results, including Vickers Hardness and selected ruler values.
5. Store data or export via USB interface.
Notice
• Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ + 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃~ + 75 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• The working environment should be free of vibration, strong magnetic field, corrosion-free medium and serious dust.
• The measurement should be perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use and supports USB charging.
• There is no need to re-calibrate when replacing the Probe, but it is necessary to ensure that the automatic identification is normal.
• Set the upper and lower limits of Hardness to facilitate batch testing and alarm.
When storing data, pay attention to the limit of the number of groups, up to 600 groups.
