Principle
The NDT681 digital ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument is based on the principle of ultrasonic testing (UT), which detects internal defects in materials by emitting high-frequency sound waves and receiving retracted waves. It uses the Probe Automatic calibration function to ensure measurement accuracy, combined with high-resolution display and data processing technology to achieve accurate defect identification and report generation.

Steps
1. Connect the Probe and power it on
2. Use the Shift multifunction button to select the Operating interface
3. Probe Automatic calibration
4. Set detection parameters such as Speed of sound and range
Step 5 Start testing
6. View waveforms and data in real time
7. Use screenshots or video recordings to record data
8. Generate a PDF flaw detection report and save it to a USB stick
