TBJ-A1-DJ12 Floor-Standing bar Coater is a China automatic film equipment with floor structure design and Touchscreen control to achieve High Accuracy bar Spreader. Coating size is 600 * 900mm, specially designed for laboratory film proofing, suitable for a variety of Spreader needs.

Principle
The Coater performs uniform Spreader on the Spreader stage through the bar coating method. During operation, the user sets the coating speed and parameters through the Touchscreen, and the device controls the Spreader process with infinitely variable speed. The bar moves on the Spreader surface to achieve accurate Spreader thickness and uniformity.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply and turn on the device
2. Set the coating speed (in the range of 5~ 200mm/s) and parameters through Touchscreen
3. Place the Spreader Material on the Spreader Table
4. Select and install the appropriate bar model to determine the Spreader thickness
5. Start the Spreader process, the device automatically bar Spreader
6. Monitor the Spreader process and adjust parameters if necessary
7. After the Spreader is completed, turn off the equipment and clean it for maintenance

• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Spreader thickness is determined by the bar model, and the selection needs to be confirmed according to the requirements
• The coating speed is set in the range of 5~ 200mm/s, and less than 5mm/s needs to be customized
• Pay attention to the surface cleaning of the coating table during operation to prevent impurities from affecting the Spreader accuracy
• Regularly inspect equipment components such as bars and coating tables to ensure normal abrasion
• Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance, such as automatic lame plating, UV curing, etc., to avoid misoperation
• Do not touch moving parts when the equipment is running to ensure safe operation
