Overview
The TBJ-X3-ABO6 Automatic Film Applicator is a perovskite-specific film equipment equipped with imported High Accuracy Mayer Rods, integrated heating and Vacuum chuck functions, and equipped with air knives and brackets. The device uses nitrogen as the gas source and accelerates the drying of the perovskite solution through a 360-degree adjustable air knife, which can achieve nano-level dry-film thickness. Its design is designed to solve the problem of inconsistency caused by artificial film due to factors such as speed and pressure. Spreader accurate and reproducibility wet-film on different substrates through automated operation.
Features
1. Equipped with imported High Accuracy Mayer Rods and adjustable drawdown blades, Spreader accuracy is high (bar +/- 0.001mm, drawdown blade +/- 0.003mm).
2. Integrated heating (RT +~ 180 ℃) and Vacuum chuck function ensure the stability of the Spreader process.
3. Equipped with air knife and air knife bracket, using nitrogen gas source, can adjust the angle 360 degrees, accelerate the solution drying, realize nano-scale film.
4. The coating speed is adjustable (5~ 200mm/s), Spreader Travel (1~ 400mm) and Film thickness range (bar 1~ 571.5μm, drawdown blade 0~ 10mm) are flexible.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls the coating applicator (bar or drawdown blade) to move on the substrate surface at a set speed and pressure through a precision mechanical drive to form a uniform wet-film. During the Spreader process, the Vacuum chuck function firmly fixes the substrate to the heating table, and the heating function adjusts the substrate temperature to optimize the Spreader effect. After the Spreader is completed, the device uses an adjustable angle air knife to blow out a nitrogen gas stream to accelerate the volatilization of the wet-film solvent, thereby achieving rapid drying and obtaining Dry-Film with accurate and uniform Film thickness.

Steps
1. Place the substrate to be Spreader on the Vacuum chuck table and start the Vacuum chuck fixation.
2. Select the appropriate bar or set the drawdown blade parameters according to the required film thickness and install it on the equipment.
3. Set parameters such as Spreader speed, Travel and heating temperature through Touchscreen.
4. Start the Spreader program, and the coating applicator will automatically complete the film.
5. After the Spreader is completed, use an air knife (connected to a nitrogen source) to purge the wet-film to accelerate drying.

• When using the air knife function, ensure that the nitrogen gas source is connected correctly and stably.
