Overview
Universal Testing Machine is a small, simple, multi-functional and High Accuracy testing instrument for thrust and tension. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, insertion force test, Destructiveness test, etc.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) four measurement units are available for selection and conversion.
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the sample and convert the force value signal into a digital signal, which is displayed in real time on the LCD screen. It has a peak hold mode, which can record and maintain the maximum force value during the test.

Steps
1. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to power on.
2. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to perform the instrument zero correction operation.
4. Use the Peak Key (PEAK) to switch between Peak Hold mode and Real Time Measurement mode.
5. After the test is completed, you can manually shut down through the power/return button (POWER/EXIT), or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically without operation.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it.
* Please work in an environment with 0 ℃~ 40 ℃ and humidity < 80%.
* The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
* Can be powered by 2 AA batteries or 5V DC power supply.
