Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM4-DB25-204FM-10N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument. Features

Principle
The instrument converts the force value signal into an electrical signal through the Sensor measurement of the thrust or pull force on the measured object, and displays it in digital form on the LCD screen after processing. Users can choose the real-time Measurement mode or the peak hold mode to obtain the instantaneous force value or the maximum force value during the test.

Steps
1. Power on through the power/return button (POWER/EXIT).
2. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit (N, kg, lb, g).
4. Use Peak Key (PEAK) to switch Peak Hold mode or Real-time Measurement mode.
5. Conduct the test and read the force value data on the display.
6. After the test is completed, you can shut down through the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) or wait for the automatic shutdown.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* The working environment temperature should be between 0 ° C and 40 ° C, and the humidity should be less than 80%.
* It should be used in an environment without seismic sources and corrosive media.
* Optional to use 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
* Optional ranges include 2N, 5N, 10N, 20N, 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1KN, please choose the appropriate range according to the test requirements.
