Overview
Universal Testing Machine is a small, simple, multi-functional and High Accuracy testing instrument for thrust and tension. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Features

Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the object under test and convert the force signal into a digital signal, which is displayed on a four-digit LCD screen. Users can choose to measure the instantaneous value or lock the maximum force value during the test with the peak hold function.

Steps
1. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to power on.
2. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
4. Use the Peak Key (PEAK) to switch between Peak Hold mode and Real Time Measurement mode.
5. Conduct the test and the instrument will display the force value (instantaneous value or peak value).
6. After the test is completed, you can manually clear the peak or wait for the automatic shutdown.
Notice
• Measurement range is +/- 10kgf, +/- 10000gf, +/- 98N, +/- 22Lbf.
• The allowable load is 150% F.s. When it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm.
• Operating temperature is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃.
• Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
• Can be powered by 2 AA batteries or 5V DC power supply.
