Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM4-DB25-204FM-200N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries, for push-pull load, insertion force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) four measurement units to choose from and convert to each other.
3. With peak hold function, the peak display can be maintained until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to automatically shut down without operation for 10 minutes, and manual shutdown is also supported.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
6. Equipped with a four-digit large LCD screen with a blue backlight, it supports forward and reverse dual display.
7. With overload alarm function, a beep will sound when the load exceeds 110% F.s.
Principle
Sensor measures the force applied to the test sample and converts the force signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal circuit and displayed in digital form on the LCD screen in real time. Users can choose the peak hold mode to record the maximum force value during the test process, or the real-time Measurement mode to observe the instantaneous force value change.

Steps
1. Power on: Press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to turn it on.
2. Unit selection: Press the unit key (UNIT) to switch between four units: N, kg, lb, and g.
3. Mode switching: Press the peak key (PEAK) to switch between peak hold mode and real-time Measurement mode.
4. Zero correction: In the no-load state, press the zero correction button (ZERO) to perform instrument zero correction.
5. Test: Apply tension or thrust to the sample for testing.
6. Data viewing: In peak hold mode, the peak will remain displayed until it is manually cleared.
7. Shutdown: You can wait 10 minutes for automatic shutdown, or press and hold the power/return button to shut down manually.
Notice
Do not exceed the allowable load of the instrument (150% F.s), the instrument will sound a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
* Operating temperature from 0 ℃ to 40 ℃ and humidity less than 80% environment.
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
The zero correction operation should be carried out under no load.
* Optional to use 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
The instrument has an automatic shutdown function for 10 minutes without operation to save power, and can also be shut down manually.
