Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM4-DB25-204FM-500N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries of push-pull load, plug force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) four measurement units are available and converted to each other.
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the thrust or pull of the object under test, and convert the force value signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed digitally on the LCD screen. Users can choose real-time measurement or peak hold mode to obtain the instantaneous value or MAX Maximum during the test.

Steps
1. Power on through the "POWER/EXIT" button.
2. Use the "Zero key (ZERO) " to calibrate the instrument.
3. Select the desired force value unit (N, kg, lb, g) through the "Unit Key (UNIT) ".
4. Use "Peak Key (PEAK) " to switch between Peak Hold mode and Real Time Measurement mode.
5. Conduct the test and the instrument will display the force value (instantaneous value or peak value).
6. After the test is completed, you can manually shut down through the "power/return button (POWER/EXIT) ", or wait 10 minutes for automatic shutdown without operation.
Notice
• The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. There will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s. Please do not overload it for a long time.
• Please work in an environment with 0 ℃~ 40 ℃ and humidity < 80%.
• Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
• It can be powered by 2 AA batteries or 5V DC power supply, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The instrument has a four-position large LCD screen and a blue backlight. Please read the data under suitable light to avoid misreading.
