Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM4-DB25-204FM-1KN is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries of push-pull load, plug force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide four measurement units: N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), and g (gram), which can be converted into each other.
3. With peak hold function, the peak display can be maintained until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or connected to 5V DC power supply.
6. Equipped with four large LCD screens and blue backlight, with dual front and back displays.
7. With overload alarm function (buzzer alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s).
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the test object, and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is displayed digitally on the LCD screen after internal processing. Users can choose real-time Measurement mode or peak hold mode to read the instantaneous force value or the maximum force value during the test.

Steps
1. Power on through the power/return button (POWER/EXIT).
2. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Select the required force value unit (N, kg, lb, g) through the unit key (UNIT).
4. Use Peak Key (PEAK) to switch Peak Hold mode or Real-time Measurement mode.
5. Conduct the test and read the force value data on the display.
6. After the test is completed, you can manually shut down through the power/return button (POWER/EXIT), or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically without operation.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
* Can use 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply, please ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
In data browsing mode, the POWER/EXIT key can be used as the return key.
* Long press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to bring up the automatic shutdown setting interface.
