Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-5N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. Features

3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the sample, and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is displayed digitally on the LCD screen after processing. Users can choose the peak hold mode to record the maximum force value during the test, or observe the instantaneous force value change in real-time mode.

Steps
1. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to power on.
2. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit (N, kg, lb, g).
4. Use the peak key (PEAK) to switch between peak hold mode or live test mode.
5. Conduct the test and the force value will be displayed on the screen.
6. In peak hold mode, the peak will remain displayed and can be cleared by pressing any key.
7. To save the data, press SAVE/▲.
8. Press the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the existing data.
9. Use the delete key (DEL) to delete saved data.
10. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to set the automatic shutdown time or shutdown.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it.
* The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
* Please use the specified 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
In data browsing mode, the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) is used as the return key.
When setting the automatic shutdown time, the read/subtract keys (READ/T) and the save/add keys (SAVE/▲) are used as the time conversion keys.
