Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-10N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries, for push-pull load, insertion force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide four measurement units: N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), and g (gram), which can be converted into each other.
3. With peak hold function, the peak display can be maintained until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to automatically shut down without operation for 10 minutes, and manual shutdown is also supported.
5. Support the use of alkaline batteries or external 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the test object, and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is displayed on the LCD screen in digital form after processing. Users can choose peak hold mode or real-time test mode for measurement, and the instrument has overload alarm function.

Steps
1. Press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to turn it on.
2. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit.
3. In the no-load state, press the zero correction button (ZERO) to zero the instrument.
4. Press the peak key (PEAK) to switch between peak hold mode and real-time test mode.
5. When testing, apply the force value and the instrument will display the measurement result.
6. To save the current reading, press SAVE/▲.
7. Press the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the existing data.
8. Press the Delete key (DEL) to delete the saved data.
9. Long press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to shut down or set the automatic shutdown time.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
Please ensure that the instrument has been correctly zeroed before use.
* You can choose to use 2 AA alkaline batteries or external 5V DC power supply, please ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
