Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-50N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries, for push-pull load, insertion force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) four measurement units, and can be converted to each other.
3. With peak hold function, the peak display can be maintained until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
6. Equipped with a blue backlit display.
Principle
Sensors measure the thrust or pull of the measured object, and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is displayed digitally on the four-digit large LCD screen after internal processing. Users can choose real-time Measurement mode or peak hold mode to obtain the instantaneous force value or the maximum force value during the test.

Steps
1. Press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to turn it on.
2. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit.
3. In the no-load state, press the zero correction button (ZERO) to zero the instrument.
4. Press the peak key (PEAK) to switch between peak hold mode and real-time test mode.
5. During the test, the instrument will display the force value.
6. To save the current reading, press SAVE/▲.
7. Press the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the existing data.
8. In data browsing mode, use the save/add keys (SAVE/▲) and read/subtract keys (READ/T) to browse up and down.
9. Press the Delete key (DEL) to delete the saved data.
10. Long press the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to adjust the automatic shutdown time setting, and use the read/subtract key (READ/T) and the save/add key (SAVE/▲) to adjust.
11. Press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to shut down, or wait for the automatic shutdown.
Notice
The allowable load of the instrument is 150% full scale, and there will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% full scale.
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
* Can be powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
The instrument has an automatic shutdown function for 10 minutes without operation to save power.
Before testing, make sure to complete the zeroing operation without load.
Please select the appropriate range according to the test requirements (optional ranges include 2N, 5N, 10N, 20N, 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1KN).
