Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-100N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries, for push-pull load, insertion force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide four measurement units: N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), and g (gram), which can be converted into each other.
3. With peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the sample, and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is displayed digitally on the LCD screen after processing. Users can choose the peak hold mode to record the maximum force value during the test, or observe the instantaneous force value change in real-time mode.

Steps
1. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to power on.
2. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit (N, kg, lb, g).
4. According to the test requirements, use the peak key (PEAK) to switch the peak hold mode or the real-time test mode.
5. Conduct the test and the force value will be displayed on the screen.
6. In peak hold mode, the peak will remain displayed until it is manually cleared.
7. Use SAVE/▲ to save the current measurement reading.
8. Use the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the stored data, and use the save/add key (SAVE/▲) and the read/subtract key (READ/T) to browse up and down.
9. Use the delete key (DEL) to delete existing data.
10. Use the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to shut down manually, or wait 10 minutes for automatic shutdown without operation.

* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
* Can be powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
The instrument features a blue backlit display.
* Precision of force level 0.5 with accuracy of +/- 0.5% FS (range) +/- 1 digital peak.
* Optional ranges include 2N, 5N, 10N, 20N, 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1KN.
