Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-200N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.

Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the sample and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is displayed digitally on the LCD screen after processing. Users can choose the Real-time Measurement mode or Peak Hold mode to obtain the instantaneous force value or the maximum force value during the test.

Steps
1. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to power on.
2. Use the zero correction key (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
3. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit (N, kg, lb, g).
4. Use Peak Key (PEAK) to switch Peak Hold mode or Real-time Measurement mode.
5. Conduct the test and the readings will be displayed on the screen.
6. In peak mode, the peak will remain displayed and can be cleared manually.
7. Use SAVE/▲ to save measurement readings.
8. Use the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the existing data.
9. Use the delete key (DEL) to delete saved data.
10. Use the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) to shut down or return from data browsing mode.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* Please ensure that the working environment temperature is between 0 ° C and 40 ° C, and the humidity is lower than 80%.
* The instrument should be used in an environment without seismic sources and corrosive media.
* Please use the specified 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
In data browsing mode, the power/return key (POWER/EXIT) is used as the return key.
* Read/Subtract keys (READ/T) and Save/Add keys (SAVE/▲) are used as transition keys when setting the automatic shutdown time.
The instrument has a 10-minute automatic shutdown function without operation, and can also be shut down manually.
