Overview
Universal Testing Machine UTTM7-DB25-207FM-500N is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pens, locks, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries, for push-pull load, insertion force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. Provide four measurement units: N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), and g (gram), which can be converted into each other.
3. With peak hold function, the peak display can be maintained until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to automatically shut down without operation for 10 minutes, and manual shutdown is also supported.
5. Can use alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to the measured object and convert the force signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed digitally on the LCD screen. Users can choose real-time Measurement mode or peak hold mode to obtain the instantaneous force value or the maximum force value during the test.

Steps
1. Press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to turn it on.
2. Use the Units key (UNIT) to select the desired force unit.
3. Press the zero correction button (ZERO) to calibrate the instrument.
4. Press the peak key (PEAK) to switch between peak hold mode and real-time test mode.
5. During the test, the instrument will display the force value in real time. In peak mode, the peak will remain displayed.
6. Press SAVE/▲ to save the current measurement reading.
7. Press the read/subtract key (READ/T) to enter the data browsing mode to view the stored data, and use the SAVE/▲ and READ/T keys to browse up and down.
8. Press the Delete key (DEL) to delete the saved data.
9. The automatic shutdown time can be set through the power/return key (POWER/EXIT), read/subtract key (READ/T), and save/add key (SAVE/▲).
10. Long press the power/return button (POWER/EXIT) to shut down manually.
Notice
* The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* Please ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
* Operating temperature range is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, Operating humidity should be less than 80%.
* Please use the specified 2 AA alkaline batteries or 5V DC power supply.
The instrument has a four-position large LCD screen and a blue backlight. Please read under suitable lighting conditions to avoid direct exposure to strong light.
* Precision of force value is 0.5, and the resolution is 0.001kgf, 1gf, 0.01N, 0.001Lbf according to different units.
* Optional ranges include 2N, 5N, 10N, 20N, 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1KN, please choose the appropriate range according to the test requirements.
