Overview
Touch screen single column Tensile strength tester is a device for testing the mechanical properties of non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastic, Wire and cable, Spinning & weaving, Water proofer, non-woven fabrics and metal wires, metal foils, metal sheets and metal rods. With a special fixture, it is suitable for tensile, compression, disbonding, shearing and tearing tests of various finished products to determine product mass. The machine is simple in structure and easy to operate. It can be placed directly on the studio floor for testing, especially suitable for mass testing instruments used in online production control of products.
Features
1. 10 test reference point results can be stored, the average value can be automatically calculated, and the MAX Maximum and breaking force value can be automatically captured.
2. The machine includes a thermal printer, which can automatically output test results (optional).
3. Precision of force value is less than +/- 0.5%, Data sampling Frequency is 200 times/sec, Force value resolution Maximum load 1/+/- 25000 yards, Full resolution unchanged.
4. Test speed range 100~ 500mm/min, Displacement Indication Error +/- 0.5%.
5. The breakpoint ratio is set to 0~ 99%, and the user can set the break stop time according to different materials.
6. Test bench safety devices include upper and lower travel limiting devices and overload protection (automatic protection for exceeding the maximum load by 10%).
7. The display is a touch screen with printing function, and the force unit supports Kg, lb, and N.
Principle
The device detects the force value applied to the specimen through the load Sensor. The data is sampled at a frequency of 200 times/second to ensure that the force value Precision is less than +/- 0.5%. During the test, the test results are automatically calculated and stored, including the average value, MAX Maximum and breaking force values, and displayed in real time through the touch screen display. Optional thermal printer automatically outputs the test report, and safety devices such as Travel limit and overload protection ensure safe operation.
Applications
Rubber, Plastic, Wire and cable, Spinning & weaving, Water proofer, Non-metallic materials such as non-woven fabrics, Wire, Foil, Sheet metal, Metal rod, Finished product Tension, compression, disbonding, shearing, tearing test
Steps
1. Place the device on the studio floor and connect it to a power supply (220V/50Hz).
2. Install tensile fixtures or Miscellaneous fixtures.
3. Set test parameters such as speed and breakpoint ratio through the touch screen.
4. Place the sample and start the test.
5. The device automatically tests and stores the results, which can be printed out (optional).
6. After the trial, review and analyze the data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz to avoid overload.
• Check whether the fixture is firmly installed before the test to prevent the sample from slipping off.
When setting the breakpoint ratio, adjust it according to the material characteristics to avoid premature shutdown.
• Maintain Load Sensor and Travel Limiting Device regularly to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid running under overload.
