Principle
This machine adopts horizontal structure, High Accuracy Deceleration Servo Drive System motor to drag the load chuck, and the loading performance is stable. The whole machine is composed of drag motor, host shell, microcomputer controller, micro printer, etc. The force measurement unit is composed of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and Central Processor Digital Control system.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the width is within the range of 0 to 30mm.
2. Turn on the power supply, start the device, and select the Chinese/English Operating system.
3. Set test parameters, including loading speed (adjustable from 1 to 500mm/min), shutdown mode, force unit, deformation unit, strength unit, etc.
4. Install the sample into the load chuck.
5. Start the test, the equipment automatically performs stretching, and real-time monitoring of force values, displacements, and other data.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops, displays and records MAX Maximum, average, and real-time values.
7. Use a micro printer to output test results, or connect to a computer via USB for Excel data statistics and report printing.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability.
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 10~ 35 ℃, Humidity 20~ 80%.
• The width of the sample should not exceed 30mm to avoid affecting the Test accuracy.
• Regularly check the transmission system and guide rails to ensure smooth operation.
• Before use, confirm that the overload protection and limit protection functions are normal.
• Avoid operating equipment in humid or extreme environments.
• Use the power-off protection function in emergency situations.
