Principle
This machine adopts horizontal structure, and the load chuck is dragged by the motor of the High Accuracy Deceleration Servo Drive System, and the loading performance is smooth. The whole machine includes components such as the drag motor, the main case, the microcomputer controller and the micro printer. The force measurement unit is composed of a digital Control system of High Accuracy Force Sensor and Central Processor to ensure the accuracy and Stability of the test.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the width is within the range of 0 to 30mm.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device and start the microcomputer controller.
3. Set test parameters on the 7-inch high definition Touchscreen, such as loading speed (1-500mm/min adjustable), stop mode, etc.
4. Install the sample into the load chuck.
5. Start the test, and the equipment automatically performs the stretching process.
6. After the test is completed, check the results and choose to print or export the data via USB.
7. Turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 10~ 35 ° C and the Humidity is within the range of 20~ 80%.
• Check that the power supply is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage instability.
