JW103CW horizontal paper Tensile Strength Tester is a professional test equipment of JINGWEN brand, model JW103CW-200N. It uses special software for paper Tensile Strength to determine the Tensile Strength, Tensile Index, Break Elongation and Tensile Energy Absorption indicators of paper and thin sheet materials such as Cardboard, paper towels and wipes. This testing machine is suitable for High Accuracy testing of various types of paper, anodized aluminum, release paper, release film, isolation paper, glassine silicone oil paper, protective film, transfer film, composite film, tape, gluing agent and other products. It can measure tensile force, disbonding force, Tensile Strength, Peel Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Energy Absorption Index and Tensile Energy Absorption Index.

Principle
The machine adopts a horizontal structure, and the load chuck is dragged by the motor of the High Accuracy Deceleration Servo Drive System, and the loading performance is smooth. The whole machine is composed of a drag motor, a host shell, a microcomputer controller and a micro-printer. The force measurement unit is composed of a High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a Central Processor Digital Control system.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the width is within the range of 0 to 30mm.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device and start the microcomputer controller.
3. Set test parameters on the 7-inch high definition Touchscreen, including loading speed (1-500mm/min adjustable), stop mode, etc.
4. Install the sample into the load chuck.
5. Start the test, and the equipment automatically performs the stretching operation.
6. After the test is completed, check the MAX Maximum, average, real-time value, and other results.
7. Use a miniature silent printer to output test reports, or connect to a computer via USB for Excel data statistics.

* Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is in the range of 10~ 35 ° C and the Humidity is in the range of 20~ 80%.

The width of the specimen should not exceed 30mm to prevent overloading of the equipment.
