JW103CW horizontal heat sealing Peel strength tester is a special testing machine for measuring film heat sealing strength and 180 degree disbonding test of adhesive tape. It is suitable for tensile testing of anodized aluminum film, isolation paper, Grasin silicone oil paper, Miscellaneous paper, protective film, transfer film, composite film, tape, gluing agent and other products.

Principle
This machine adopts horizontal structure, with High Accuracy deceleration electronic speed control motor to drag the load chuck, and the loading performance is stable. The whole machine is composed of a drag motor, a host shell, a microcomputer controller, a micro printer, etc. The force measurement unit is composed of a High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a Central Processor Digital Control system.
