UV UV curing film Applicator Rxg-01/600uv is a 600mm application width roll-to-roll film equipment with UV ultraviolet curing function. The equipment uses a scratch coating method and is equipped with a 1m oven, which is specially used to apply UV glue to the release film.

Principle
The equipment completes the film process through the process of unwinding → scraping → Laminating → UV curing → drying → winding. First, the coil enters the scraping area through the unwinding system, the Spreader UV glue passes through Laminating, and then enters the UV light curing area (curing area 600 * 500mm, wavelength 350-450nm, main peak wave 365nm) for rapid curing, and then dries in a 1m oven, and finally rolls to complete the entire film process.

Steps
1. Install the coil to the unwinding system
2. Set production parameters through Touchscreen
3. Start the equipment, the coil is scraped and coated with UV glue
4. Laminating process after Spreader
5. After UV light curing area for curing
6. Drying process by oven
7. Finish the film process
