Overview
HuiNuo NDJ-1S digital Rotational Viscometer is an experimental liquid crystal digital display Rotational Viscometer with a viscosity measurement range of 20~ 100000mPa · s. The Viscometer is equipped with rotors L1, L2, L3, L4, fixed Rotor speed is 6/12/30/60rpm, which can display parameters such as viscosity, Rotation speed, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor.

Principle
The digital Rotational Viscometer is based on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The rotor is driven by a motor to swirl/spin in the liquid. Tack resistance is measured when the rotor swirl/spin, which is detected by the Sensor and converted into an electrical signal. The viscosity value and related parameters are displayed in digital form after processing by the microprocessor.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it on the Viscometer
2. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested to the designated marking position
3. Select the desired Rotation speed (6/12/30/60rpm)
4. Start the measurement and wait for the reading to stabilize
5. Read and record the displayed viscosity values and related parameters
6. Turn off the power after measurement and clean the rotor
