Overview
SNB-AI intelligent digital Viscometer is a gearless Rotational Viscometer with a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit, which supports intelligent automatic and manual Measurement modes. The blue screen LCD digital display directly displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. The sample size is only 10-20ml. Optional data collection and drawing software can be used for statistical analysis tasks such as data preservation and historical data comparison. Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of the instrument can be measured, widely used in oils, paints, food, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules and other fluid viscosity measurement, with special temperature control heating device can also be used for measurement asphalt, hot-soluble glue, paraffin, high polymer and other fluid viscosity.

Principle
Drive the stepper motor with high subdivision to drive the Sensor pointer, and drive the rotor swirl/spin through the hairspring and the rotating shaft. If the rotor is not subject to liquid resistance, the hairspring Sensor pointer is in the same position as the stepper motor Sensor pointer; if the rotor is subject to liquid viscous resistance, the hairspring generates torque to compete with the viscous resistance until equilibrate, and the data processing is performed to the 16-bit microcomputer processor through the photoelectric Sensor Output signal, and the viscosity value of the liquid (mPa · s) is displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Select Manual measurement or Automatic Measurement mode.
Select the appropriate rotor number (e.g. 21, 27, 28, 29) according to the measurement requirements.
3. Set Rotor speed in the range of 0.1~ 200rpm stepless speed.
4. Place the sample (10-20ml) in the Measuring location to initiate measurement.
5. Read the display information such as viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor through the LCD screen.
Notice
• Use a dedicated Power Adapter (input 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz) for power supply.
• Measurement range according to select the appropriate rotor, such as No. 0 rotor Measurement range 3~ 60K mPa · s, No. 21 50~ 500K mPa · s, etc.
• Ensure that the sample size is controlled within the range of 10-20ml.
• Measurement accuracy is +/- 1% (FS), reproducibility is +/- 0.5%, pay attention to environmental factors when using.
• Optional thermostat heating for measurement of specific fluids such as asphalt.
