Overview
The HuiNuo SNB-1 + L0 digital Rotational Viscometer is a multifunctional measurement device with an LCD screen that displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value measurable at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor. Equipped with an ultra-low viscosity adapter, the Viscometer has a viscosity test range as low as 1cp and a range of 1 to 600000mPa · s, suitable for accurate measurement of ultra-low viscosity samples.

Principle
The digital Rotational Viscometer obtains viscosity values by measuring swirl/spin resistance of the rotor in the sample. The LCD screen displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value measurable at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor in real time, enabling stepless speed control to ensure Measurement accuracy and reproducibility.
Steps
1. Connect the dedicated Power Adapter to the power supply (input 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz)
2. Select the appropriate rotor (e.g. L0 #, L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #) and install it
3. Prepare the sample and measure 25~ 30mL
4. Set the Rotor speed in the range of 1~ 60rpm, using stepless variable speed control
5. Start Viscometer, LCD display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed
6. Record measurement data to ensure reproducibility +/- 0.5% F.S and accuracy +/- 1% F.S
Notice
• Using a dedicated Power Adapter, the input voltage range is 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz
• The sample volume should be controlled at 25~ 30mL
• Select the appropriate rotor (L0 #, L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #) to match the viscosity range
• Ensure that the Rotor speed is set within 1~ 60rpm, using continuously variable speed control
• Periodically calibrated to maintain Measurement accuracy and reproducibility
