Overview
The NDJ-5S digital display Rotational Viscometer is an instrument that displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. The range is 20~ 100,000 mPa · s. Equipped with a small number of sample adapters, including one rotor of No. 21, 27, 28, and 29, the sample volume is only 10~ 20mL, which is suitable for expensive sample testing. It can be connected to an external circulation Thermostatic bath to control the sample temperature.
Features
1. LCD display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed
2. Range 20~ 100,000 mPa · s
3. Equipped with a small number of sample adapters, the sample volume is only 10~ 20mL, suitable for valuable sample testing
4. Can be connected to external circulation Thermostatic bath to control the temperature of the measured sample
5. Easy to disassemble and clean
6. Rotation speed Control mode
7. reproducibility +/- 0.5% F.S, Measurement accuracy +/- 1% F.S
Principle
The Rotational Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Measurement principle to measure the viscosity value by the resistance of the rotor when swirl/spin in the sample. The LCD screen displays the measurement data in real time, including parameters such as viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, and can precisely control the sample temperature by connecting the Thermostatic bath to improve the measurement accuracy.
Applications
Valuable sample testing, laboratory viscosity measurement
Standards
Reproducibility +/- 0.5% F.S, Measurement accuracy +/- 1% F.S
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Prepare 10~ 20mL samples
3. Rotation speed required
4. Start measurement and read LCD display data
5. Disassemble and clean the rotor after measurement
Notice
• The sample volume should be controlled within the range of 10~ 20mL
• Make sure the rotor is firmly installed before use
• Keep the sample temperature stable during measurement
• Regularly clean the rotor to ensure measurement accuracy
• Using a Dedicated Power Adapter
