Overview
HuiNuo SNB-3 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a digital display Rotational Viscometer with a range of 160~ 80,000,000 mPa · s. Standard RTD temperature sensor, LCD screen can display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. A small number of sample adapters (SSA) include one rotor of No. 21, 27, 28, and 29, and the sample volume is only 10~ 20mL, which is especially suitable for expensive sample testing.

Principle
The digital Rotational Viscometer measures the viscosity by swirl/spin of the rotor in the sample, measuring swirl/spin resistance. The LCD screen displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity measurable at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor in real time. Standard RTD temperature sensor for temperature monitoring, connected to Thermostatic bath for precise sample temperature control.

Steps
Select the appropriate rotor (e.g., No. 21, No. 27, No. 28, No. 29)
2. Prepare 10~ 20mL samples
3. Thermostatic bath control sample temperature
4. Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm)
5. Start the measurement, read the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and maximum viscosity value displayed on the LCD screen
6. Disassemble and clean the rotor after measurement

• The sample volume is controlled within the range of 10~ 20mL
• Make sure the rotor is installed correctly before use
• Thermostatic bath connection pay attention to temperature control stability
• Clean the rotor in time after measurement to avoid sample residue
