Overview
The NDJ-8S + printer is a digital Rotational Viscometer of the HuiNuo brand, equipped with a micro monochrome needle printer for data collection. The Viscometer LCD screen displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed, etc., with a range of 20 to 2,000,000 mPa · s.

Principle
The digital Rotational Viscometer calculates viscosity by measuring the resistance of the liquid to the rotor by rotating the swirl/spin rotor in the liquid. The LCD screen displays measurement data in real time, and the printer can collect and print information such as temperature, rotor, Rotation speed, viscosity value and percentile torque.
Steps
1. Connect the dedicated Power Adapter and turn on the power supply
2. Select and install the appropriate rotor (L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #)
3. Set the desired Rotation speed gear (0.3/0 6/1.5/3/6/12/30/60rpm)
4. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be measured and start the measurement
5. Read viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque and other data through the LCD screen
6. Use the printer for data collection and printouts
Notice
• Ensure that the input voltage of the Power Adapter is within the range of 100~ 240V 50~ 60Hz before use
• Select the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed to match the Measurement range
• Make sure the rotor is properly immersed in the liquid during measurement
• Regularly check the reproducibility and Measurement accuracy to ensure the normal operation of the equipment
• Pay attention to the accuracy of data collection when using the printer
