Overview
TAISITE TEX-65LG explosion-proof blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment designed for environments with explosion-proof requirements. It is mainly composed of drying oven body, explosion-proof heating system and explosion-proof electrical Control system. The inner tank of the box is made of mirror stainless steel, and the outer shell is made of high-quality steel plate. It is beautiful and easy to clean.

1. The box is designed with a flameproof type, and the electrical appliances are equipped with an explosion-proof control box for centralized protection to prevent leakage of unsafe factors such as high temperature, static electricity, and sparks.

Principle
The device generates heat through explosion-proof stainless steel heating tubes, and uses a turbo centrifugal fan to form a vertical double air duct forced convection, which uniformly sends hot air into the studio to realize drying or heating of objects. The temperature is detected by the explosion-proof armored PT100 Sensor and precisely adjusted and controlled by the LCD dual PID Control system.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters by tapping the explosion-proof four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, scheduled operation, reservation start, etc.).
4. Start the equipment, start heating and blast operation.
5. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped.
6. After use, disconnect the power supply.

Equipment must be installed and operated by professionals to ensure compliance with Environmental requirements.
• Power supply voltage and equipment Rated voltage (AC220V) before use.
• Do not overload, single shelf load-bearing no more than 15kg.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door at will, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and safety.
• Regularly check explosion-proof flexible connecting pipes and other explosion-proof components to ensure their integrity and effectiveness.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• In case of fault alarm (such as over-rise alarm), it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault can be eliminated before continuing to use.
When storing or moving equipment, avoid violent collisions to prevent damage to internal structures and explosion-proof components.
