Overview
TAISITE TEX-125LG explosion-proof blast drying oven is a drying equipment specially designed for environments with explosion-proof requirements. It is mainly composed of drying oven body, explosion-proof heating system and explosion-proof electrical control. The inner tank of the box is made of mirror stainless steel, and the shell is made of high-quality steel plate. The shape is beautiful and generous.
Features
1. The box is designed with a flameproof type, and the electrical appliances are equipped with an explosion-proof control box for centralized protection to prevent leakage of unsafe factors such as high temperature, static electricity, and sparks.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through explosion-proof stainless steel heating pipes. Under the action of the double air duct forced convection system (turbine centrifugal forced air supply), hot air is circulated in the box to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The temperature is detected by the explosion-proof armored PT100 Sensor and precisely adjusted by the LCD dual PID Control system to achieve the set temperature program.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters by tapping the explosion-proof four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, scheduled operation, reservation start, etc.).
4. Start the equipment, start heating and blast operation.
5. After the operation is completed, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.
6. After use, disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment must be used in an environment that meets its Explosion-proof level (Ex de mb IIB T4 Gb) requirements.
• When installing and connecting, ensure that the exposed circuit has been correctly fitted into the explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe.
• Do not exceed the maximum shelf load of the equipment (15kg/layer).
• When the equipment is running, do not switch the box door frequently to avoid affecting Temperature uniformity and safety.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment in good condition.
• If parts need to be repaired or replaced, the specified explosion-proof parts (such as explosion-proof barriers, explosion-proof hinges, etc.) should be used.
